Our award-winning education department has built a diverse offering of classes around the state, contract courses that can be taught at your agency, and online education options. Course content is available on a variety of insurance coverages, agency management topics and staff development. Custom courses can even be designed for your agency if you find there is a specific area for which you would like additional training.

AIIA offers the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations. It shows consumers that you have the knowledge and personal commitment to provide them the highest level of service and expertise. Plus, research has shown that CICs earn 30% more than their competitors leading to increased profits for the agency.
